The Smoky Mountains
While plying my trade as an art and media educator, there was no chance I had any opening to leave and capture the beauty of leaf changes away from my home. Because of extenuating circumstances (those who know my family, know...) my wife and I were able to spend 10 days in the Smoky Mountains, photographing sunrises, sunsets, beautiful waterfalls, interesting mills and of course the stunning beauty of the seasonal leaf colour changes. (Oh, ya, check out Dollywood if you're in the area; a boat load of fun! Especially the Cinnamon bread; yikes)
